Discuss your brief including design ideas, objectives, customer needs, brand and workspace requirements and.
PRE DESIGN
Visit the site and measure up the new space, document in case of any discrepancy from the drawing to the actual site.
CONCEPTS
Prepare concept layouts, sketches, 3D views and elevations. Integrate branding and culture as part of the

Review quantity and project cost estimate with client. Make appropriate changes if required to meet the budget
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Coordinate fee proposals and engage consultants. Provide GFC drawings for approval, including floor plans,
